If you’d like to get in touch then you can reach me at charlie@charliejonas.co.uk. I receive a lot of emails and have some fairly aggressive sorting rules in place so please let me know if you think I’ve missed your message! See here for more details.
I prefer not to use Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp for anything other than personal correspondence with my friends. Please add me to your group or organisation’s Slack, Gitter, Mattermost or equivalent for work-related discussion.
There is an RP
(Responsible Person; RFC 1183) DNS record at the root of this domain which you may query for my detailed contact information. No unarranged or unsolicited voice calls please, except in an emergency.
Most software engineers would probably list a PGP key here, but I’m not going to do that. While I respect those who do use it, I consider PGP to be performative security theatre, so would prefer to communicate via alternative means. If you do want to contact me securely (e.g. about a security vulnerability in some code I’ve written) then please follow the instructions here.
If you like my open-source work then you might like to buy me a pint to say thanks! I maintain a simple privacy policy and a list of some other friendly people.
